Unlock Hybrid Runner!!

　We’re using gitlab as our Git repository. gitlab’s CI/CD environment has a clear edge over github’s. In this context, I’ve set up remote environments for both hugo and Android, but the heavy use of hugo is on the verge of exhausting the free quota, and I’ve received a warning from the system. I wanted to release the build for Android, so I wanted to do CI/CD. I consulted with AI, who told me to use runner in a local environment. After some struggle, I set up the Android environment, and hugo—the culprit behind this resource drain—is now running locally as well. The SaaS environment takes 12–3 minutes, while this one takes 4 minutes, making it more than three times as efficient. This is definitely usable.

Going forward, I’ll fork another Android app and try my hand at creating a release build for it. I’ll make sure to use hugo every day.
