Me? The AI? Probably both.

The other day, to enhance TriClops’ functionality, I added a program that retrieves the status of its main computer—RasPi4—and displays it in RVCS.

I’d been meaning to do this for a while, but I kept putting it off. After briefly reviewing my existing code, I wrote a prompt and submitted the request. It probably took less than an hour from the moment I turned on TriClops for the results to appear on the screen at RVCS. It was a bit too big and looked unbalanced, so even after I asked it to scale the image down, it took just over an hour. Of course, AI has gotten smarter, but I think my own prompt-writing skills have also improved significantly over the past year and a half. Maybe I’ve gotten to the point where I can sense, to some extent, what’s unlikely to work or where I might run out of tokens…
